Only 3 ingredients to make this delicious hemp shake chicken! Just add your favorite side dish and there you go….supper served!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Poor about a half cup of Hemp Seed Cooking Oil in a bowl.
Poor a cup of Tex-Mex Hemp Seeds on a plate, depending on the amount of chicken.
Coat the chicken in cooking oil and then press into the hemp seeds. Then coat the chicken in hemp seeds and place on a wire rack.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Heat large saucepan on medium high heat.
Add oil and meat, sprinkle with Montreal Steak Spice.
Cook approx. 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Once boiling resumes, reduce heat to medium low, and cover.
Cook for approx. 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

In a large saucepan over medium high heat, boil potatoes in water approx. 20 mins, until tender.
Drain water and return potatoes to saucepan.
Add margarine, and mash until smooth.
Add bacon and hemp seeds.
Place saucepan back on warm stove-top (burner turned off) and stir regularly until heated through. Enjoy!
