  1. In a large bowl, cream together coconut oil and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Beat in coconut milk and vanilla.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Blend well.

  6. Pour into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan.
  7. For topping, combine the coconut oil and hemp using a fork or pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
