  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Poor about a half cup of Hemp Seed Cooking Oil in a bowl.
  3. Poor a cup of Tex-Mex Hemp Seeds on a plate, depending on the amount of chicken.
  4. Coat the chicken in cooking oil and then press into the hemp seeds.  Then coat the chicken in hemp seeds and place on a wire rack.
