Hemp Topper Salad

Salad Hemp Seed Topper A salad with big flavour that doesn’t need dressing and makes for a complete meal.Chop, shred or cube the following fresh herbs and vegetables into a large bowl:

  • 1 bushel fresh parsley (regular or Italian).
  • 1 bushel fresh cilantro.
  • 1 bunch of green onion.
  • 2 green peppers, 1 orange, 1 red and 1 yellow.
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers

Add everything to a bowl and mix together.

Make a bed of mixed greens, spinach and baby kale on a plate or large salad container.

Spoon a enough mix onto the bed of greens to cover it.

Add Hemp Seeds at approximately 1 part hemp seed to 3 parts salad topper.
