Dill Pickle Hemp Seed Beef and Perogies

Fry ground beef and shredded carrot with seasonings. Once beef is browned, sprinkle flour and mix well.

BeefSauceBeefSauceSlowly stir in beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 mins until thickened. Add perogies and peas, stir gently.

Top with shredded cheese and dill pickle seasoned hemp seed.


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp Pampered Chef Bell pepper Herb Rub
  • 1 tsp Pampered Chef Crushed Peppercorn & Garlic Rub
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 cups beef broth
  • 1 package of boiled cheddar cheese and potato perogies
  • 1/3 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Seasoned Hemp Seeds
