Sweet n Cinnamon Eggnog Pancakes
Blend separately (wet ingredients)
Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add all wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl, mixing well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a pre-heated pan on medium heat.
Flip pancakes when bubbles form and pop on top of the pancakes.

Turkey And Rice Dill Pickle Hemp Seed
Boil rice in chicken broth until rice is cooked.
Add corn and chicken to pot, stirring often until heated through.
Remove from heat. Fold in hemp and serve.
This is not only going to be a fantastic supper dish with possibly a nice side salad but also just perfect for those
left-overs for you……or your loved ones!
Dill Pickle Hemp Seed Beef and Perogies
Fry ground beef and shredded carrot with seasonings.
Once beef is browned, sprinkle flour and mix well.
Slowly stir in beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 mins until thickened.
Add perogies and peas, stir gently.
Top with shredded cheese and dill pickle seasoned hemp seed.
I don’t know about you but when I hear SKILLET….I get excited! I am sure you will enjoy this loaded Beef Breakfast Skillet just as much as we do!
Cook beef in skillet over medium high heat until just cooked.
Drain some of the fat from the beef.
Add mushrooms and hashbrowns. Cook over medium heat until cooked approx. 15 mins.
Stir in salsa and pasta sauce.
Stir beaten eggs over and mix. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set, approx. 5 mins.
Top with cheese, continuing to cook until melted.
Sprinkle with Dill Pickle hemp seeds and serve.
Only 3 ingredients to make this delicious hemp shake chicken! Just add your favorite side dish and there you go….supper served!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Poor about a half cup of Hemp Seed Cooking Oil in a bowl.
Poor a cup of Tex-Mex Hemp Seeds on a plate, depending on the amount of chicken.
Coat the chicken in cooking oil and then press into the hemp seeds. Then coat the chicken in hemp seeds and place on a wire rack.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Toss in bacon, chicken and vegetables.
Cover and cook for approx 20 minutes, until meat is browned, stirring frequently.

Heat large saucepan on medium high heat.

Preheat skillet on medium high heat.
Cook beef and potatoes with steak spice and garlic powder, covered, for 20 mins.
Stir regularly during cooking.
Add vegetables and continue cooking, covered, for 10 mins.
Remove cover and stir in beans and hemp seeds.
