Zesty Ceasar Salad
This recipe yields approximately 2 servings and can be made dairy free.
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 1/4 cup Raw Cashews Roughly Chopped
- 3 Tbsp Tex-Mex seasoned hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp Ceasar Dressing If you like extra creamy - use 1/4 cup. Vegan Substitute - Earth Island Vegan Caesar style salad dressing or other, as diet allows.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Toss and serve in salad bowls.
- Then sprinkle with vegan parmesan cheese
