  • 4 slices Little Northern Bakehouse Bread, or bread of your choice
  • 1 can Tuna, drained well
  • 1/2 cup Pesto Veganaisse, or mayonaisse of your choice, divided
  • 16 slices Cucumber 
  • 4 tbsp Dill Pickle Seasoned hemp seeds
  1. Toast bread slices.
  2. Spread 3 Tbsp of pesto veganaisse on 2 slices.
  3. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. seeds on each. These will be the tops of your sandwiches.
  4. Mix tuna and remaining veganaisse together.
  5. Spread on the 2 bottom slices.
  6. Place cucumber slices on top. 
  7. Put the tops on your sandwiches. Enjoy
