Sweet n Cinnamon Hemp Seed Zucchini Carrot Muffins

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Zucchini shredded
  • 1/2 cups Carrots, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seed Oil
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Organic Sugar 
  • 1 cup Sweet n Cinnamon Hemp Seeds

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine dry ingredients separately.
  4. Fold together and scoop into greased muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 25 mins.
  6. Top with cream cheese icing and sweet n cinnamon hemp seeds if desired.
