Hemp Seed Cinnamon Loaf

 

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Organic Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Tart apples (diced and peeled)
  • 2/3 cup Sweet n Cinnamon Seasoned Hemp Hearts
  • Topping For Loaf
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sweet n Cinnamon Seasoned Hemp

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together coconut oil and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Beat in coconut milk and vanilla.
  5. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Blend well.Add the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Blend well.
  6. Fold in apples and hemp.
  7. Pour into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan.

  10. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  11. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.Yield: 1 loaf (16 slices).
