Guilt Free Fudge Drops
Oats and Hemp become irresistible in these cookies. A full balanced meal ( the kids will never know!)
- 1 3/4 cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 3 cups Instant Oats I prefer instant because they make a soft cookie
- 1 cup Super Bits Maple Cinnamon Seasoned Hemp Hearts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Combine sugar, milk, oil and cocoa in large saucepan. Stir often while melting. Bring to a rolling boil and boil, stirring constantly, for 90 seconds.
- Remove from heat. Add oats, hemp and vanilla. Drop by the spoonful and allow to cool.
- Don't eat them all in one sitting!
