DAIRY FREE CHEESE SAUCE
So many people feel like cheese should be a food group…..and there are some that LOVE CHEESE but just can’t eat it anymore! Look no further, now you can enjoy this yummy sauce on pretty much anything!
- 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Tbsp Arrowroot Starch
- 2 cups Hemp Milk (made as directed on our Natural Hulled Hemp Seed)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 5 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/4 cup Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese
- In a small saucepan, heat oil and garlic powder on medium heat.
- Whisk in the arrowroot starch, and then slowly add the milk, whisking constantly.
- Remove from heat, and transfer into a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. If desired, return to saucepan and heat on medium, whisking constantly, until thickened to desired consistency.
