Chicken Bacon Skillet
- 1 lb Bacon chopped
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 cup Frozen Corn
- 1/2 cup Hemp Rotini Pasta (or noodle of choice) cooked as directed.
- 3/4 cup Tex-Mex seasoned Hemp Seeds
- Heat large skillet on medium high heat.
- Toss in bacon, chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook for approx 20 minutes, until meat is browned, stirring frequently.
- Gently stir in noodles and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
