  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel 5 bananas and dump into your mixing bowl.
  3. Add milk, vinegar and melted margarine.
  4. Blend until bananas are mashed, mostly smooth with some small chunks is perfect!
  5. Add all dry ingredients, mix well.

How do you like your hemp seeds: whole, shelled, pressed, or powdered?  

With hemp being such a versatile and useful crop, it’s no surprise that there are many different ways to consume the seed.  Whether you are looking to boost your protein or decrease inflammation, there is a solution to be found by adding a serving or two of hemp to your daily diet.

Shelled Hemp Seeds

Perhaps the most common way to eat this omega rich food, shelled hemp seeds are great for cereal, salads, smoothies, just to name a few.  

If you are looking for an excellent protein source that’s tasty and diverse, look no further.  Not only do they taste delicious, with a light, nutty flavour, hemp seeds are also used to heal common day health issues such as high cholesterol and depression.

Whole Hemp Seeds
